His mission is to accelerate their business’s growth by sharing his own skills and capabilities so that growth goals are achieved and business performance is improved sustainably.

Brian joined Cold Move to bring about change to the dynamics of the business, a change required to deliver the strategic direction envisaged by the senior management. Essentially Brian brought an ability to our team which did not exist internally. Brian worked alongside the MD to steer the business in a direction to create key deliverables of improved customer satisfaction, reduced cost base and increased in-house expertise.
